Mount Lebanon

Schooling: There are 7 elementary schools, 2 middle schools and 1 high school. Mt. Lebanon was named one of the best communities for music education. The high school also won three blue ribbon awards the most recent was from 1997-98.

Recreation: There are special adult programs, aquatics, exercise and fitness, golf, hockey/ice skating, sports, summer camp, tennis, youth programs, and senior programs are just a few of the things offered at the recreation center in Mt. Lebanon.

Points of interest: There is a total of 15 parks, an Olympic sized pool, ice skating rink, one of the oldest public golf courses in Western PA, and various different athletic courts and fields. Also uptown there are different boutiques to go shopping at. Things from restaurants, to wedding stores, to coffee shops are all in walking distance located directly in the center of Mt. Lebanon.
