Open Houses & Special Features
One of the many advantages of working with me is our access to multiple listings. That means you can see every house on the market if you’d like to. We can provide a detailed description on any property of interest, including special features. Plus, we screen all the listings before we show them, in order to save you time and eliminate the homes that don’t meet your criteria.
I know, this is the part where you give me a hundred different address’s and multi list numbers. Please, step back a minute, and let me save you some time. I WILL check each one (I promise), but after 10 hours of searching and matching houses to the multi list numbers, I may come out with only 20 out of the hundred that will be legitimately active. Let me tell you what I can do to save both of us time and frustration. I WILL set you up on an up to date system that will knock your socks off. It will give you your own site that you can go on and find each home that fit’s your criteria. It sends me your picks and all I have to do is set up the appointment. Doesn’t that sound awesome? It really is that simple.
The perfect scenario for open houses would be for me under all circumstances to show you the property, but the truth is I am not always available to get there on a Sunday if I am working with another Client.
