Dear Cindy,

I can’t believe you sold our house in three days!  Thank you so much!  Although, I should have known.  This is my third house with you.  Remember when I bought my starter home, maybe, 20 years ago?  You made sure everything went smoothly with that one.  Then, after Frank and I got married and started our family, we moved to a bigger home with our baby.  You sold the starter and dealt with that temperamental buyer like it was nothing!  After we moved into that house, we checked with you on every change we made to be sure it would add to the value of the house…boy did that pay off!

 Here we are in a recession and you sell our house in three days, and, get more than the asking price!!!  You are amazing.  Thank you, Cindy.  And thank you for helping us to find exactly the house that we wanted.  Thank you for not pushing us into something that was not right for us.  Thank you for suggesting the right neighborhood for our family.  Thanks for handling every detail while we were on vacation.  You’re the best.  As always, I’m sending all of my friends to you when they decide it is time to move.  Take care and God bless.
